you'll have to have your stock converter modd'd for 3k stall, nobody makes them, only stock rebuilds. also, the input shaft is diffrent for the 6's anyway so a V8 converter wouldn't work even if you got a custom flexplate, cause your starter would be out of allignment. factory 200 makes most power at 4,600 RPM. a 3k stall would be useless on a factory motor, unless you had steep gears, but you probably have a 2.73-3.25 ratio 71/4" rear.
