I'v thought about switching the Falcon's trans to a manual, getting the third pedal from a simmilar car, but I have yet to find the correct 3spd or 4spd to fit my car. If I had the money, the last show I went too, there was a nice restored driver 1968 Mustang, grabber green. 6cyl/ 3spd. evidently the 6 was not highly thought of, cause it was evidently removed for restoration, but never painted/ cleaned. the car was $5k, and I would have swaped the tired 6 for my Turbo 6cyl. just dont have $5k tho, and my mom didn't want a Mustang that bad, a poor but solid 289 V8 car sat next to it, $4k. You got a 3.03 3spd, or a Granada/ Monarch 4spd ( overdrive toploader )? if I can find 1 for the right price, I'd start sourcing a manual trans bellhousing. I love to row the gears.
