That car's got great lines, the LT1/6 gear is a great choice! I love the one in my Vette, it feels pretty durn quick for 300 HP.
thanks stovens...they should look cool when they blend in with the paint (candy apple or some metallic maroon color). They just ended up costing an arm and a leg :whacked:, but I certainly couldn't have done near as good a job.
falcon- I had the engine in my 97 SS and it was a fun car...I have a 96 Z now. The '35 should be lighter and eventually we will add a cam so it should have no problem getting out of its own way while getting 25mpg down the highway :toocool:
Neat coupe, 35.....Of course as a certified blue oval guy I would take issue with the powertrain selection....:LOL::LOL: But hey, it's kewl anway. Color choice sounds good, Candy Apple anything would be great!!!!
Dave, when you pass on we're all going to make sure your hearse is a small block powered GM product.:LOL:
That certainly is a fine looking coupe. Those tail lights are boss! Can't wait to see this one finished!
I'm getting cremated, ain't taking no chances on the hearse being a chebbie!!!!!!:eek::eek:
Made crack a big smile then Dave .
35 Ford wow your dads car has sure made a transformation and is looking great . I seen some progress work on some site but lost it . The last shots that stick are of it as your dad had it but in your garage nice and dusty .
A little spruce up for summer, before and after.
Looks really nice, Bob
Very nice, now go have some fun!!!!!
Bobby- that's my cardomain site...It isn't updated very often, but I like to add some pictures on there occasionaly. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2449283
there isn't as much progress as i would like...it's going on 3 years and it was supposed to be done this fall for my dad to drive it to his 50th high school reunion (he bought the car in 1958) but that's the way it goes and things are coming together.
very nice Bob...I like the changes, but you put the wrong front end on it :LOL:
Very classy machine Uncle Bob! I like it best with the white walls. Guess I'm aging.
