A magazine called popular hotrodding did a 305 with vortec heads with comp 224/230dur flat cam, dual plane intake, holley carb and header and they made 370hp, it's kinda hard to believe they got those number with that small of a cam ,but it's worth a shot if your dead set on that 305 of yours, the article is called "Hate Me" good luck with your build.Last edited by vortec king; 01-16-2007 at 12:15 AM.
