Winner winner chicken dinner!!!!
Yesterday during the torrential down pours more parts from Hot Heads arrived! Luckily the box didn't get very wet with the direction of the winds. I know I was a little skeptical about buying the headers, but they are so much nicer than the garbage ones I had first.
I went ahead and lowered the steering column down and left the engine where I placed it the other day. I will have to lower my steering shaft idler mount, and get a longer piece of the double D shaft, but it is all going to work and have enough clearance to fit nicely.
I will cut off the flange on the headers and weld on a v band. The biggest reason I have to do that is because these headers hang so far down. I won't be able to put a 90* on there right now without being below the front cross member. Right now I'm searching for some super tight radius 90s, and then we'll be good to go!Ryan

Here are more pics of the headers and engine placement I'm going with. Hopefully this weekend I can find the time to build the engine mounts and transmission mount. Then it will be time for the rear suspension.Ryan
