That's one of the unfortunate things about the web, if someone makes an error as in misidentifying the yellow car, it perpetuates. Look at a google image page and all the other Nashes are different, this is the oddball. This is however the same vintage/body as has been properly identified by our Kansas buddy.;)
Hey Bob I'm only as good as the info I can find. :) I know what you mean about the internet, but it goes back even before the internet. The old saying that Eskimos have like 20 words to describe snow, is a trackable exageragion going back from years of requotes!
I'm going to say 34 Lincoln
Well this one says 34 Buick

has anyone heard from hoss lately?
He seems to pop up every once and a while but not lately. Have you tried his shaddytree forum(or is that Denny's , I know he was a frequent poster there). I hope he is well!
robin and i are looking for to just find out he is okay. thanks stovens.
I hear yah Barb. He sometimes gets quiet for awhile. Hopefully he'll get an email of our postings on his thread and update us.
I remember he chose to go the way of Don (ITYS).. he couldn't handle the changes and got frustrated. I haven't seen him since. At least Don I can follow on the HAMB. Miss HOSS and his posts... he added a lot here!
Sorry, but using the "changes" to this forum as an excuse for staying away is utter BS. If anyone makes a sincere effort they will find that it's not really that much different, and in the places that are actually different the process is pretty easy to follow for anyone with just a smattering of computer skills. Sorry, but I don't buy the "Oh the changes are so radical" mantra. You either want to be here or you don't. Some don't, and they've chosen to stay away.
Hoss was just on here, when I logged on..Didnt say anything..Musta just come for a read..Come back,Hoss..We love your dry sense of humor,,and the pix..:cool:
Like to see where the stang is at with the new paint and motor, and the pintos!

have been still attending a few local shows .. this is an all original 26 thousand mile one owner .. finally handed down to a grandchild this year .. obviously been garage kept . somewhere in ohio if i remember correctly ..
Wow! Talk about a survivor! Hope the grandchild appreciates what they have, and keeps it in good repair accordingly.
What a beauty, still factory fresh mint looking.
driving my corolla or my jimmie as much as i do it`s a chore to have to run up on these ( red lites ) .. i have to stop and go thru all the gears again and finally get back up to speed :(.. but driving the stang or the pinto it`s a blast . i get to stop and go thru all the gears again ...:p
Yep! In the Hot Rod you like having the light turn as you're approaching! An excuse to run through all the gears and let the pipes sing!!
nice event today in huntsville .. i had put the pinto away for winter but mid 70`s temps and a car show and vets day so near made me bring it back out ..i`m desperately looking for a project vehicle for this winter as boredom is killing me .. hitting ebay evey day but i`m not paying barrett jackson prices for junk .. dont people realise the economy is down ... anyway this ford truck hits the most awesome lick you ever heard .. you`d swear it was a big block larry morgan engine but it`s a little 289 .. the little english something was awesome as well with its big block ..
That little English Ford is known by different names, depending on the country you are in..We just call them a 100E(being its model number)Anglia, and there are not many left down here at all, after thousands of the poor little things that worked hard as a work vehicle..And,yes,,there have been a few built with SBF's and SBC's jammed in them,,and a friend had one years ago with a box section frame under it,and a straight axle, with a 302 Clevo..
What year is the F100?? 1965/66??like that...
i think that body style started in 67 .. iv`e been sitting here at my computor since i got home from work over an hour ago .. i came in thru the garage .. i just now noticed that my heater has been running the whole time ive been here .. i finally get up and see about it and find my back door wide open and my garage door open as well so i`m heating the whole world tonite .. closed the doors and the heat kicked off a few minutes later ..saw these two studes headed to nashville a few weeks ago for some kind of convention ..
So now we'll just blame you for the global warming! HAH!!
Cool pics. Thanks for putting them up!
now it seems that the twinkie has joined the doughboy ..:o
Please join me in remembering a great icon. Veteran Pillsbury spokesperson, The Pillsbury Doughboy, died yesterday of a severe yeast infection and complications from repeated pokes to the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a slightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out, including Mrs. Butterworth, the California Raisins, Hungry Jack, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, Captain Crunch and many others.
The graveside was piled high with flours as long-time friend, Aunt Jemima, delivered the eulogy, describing Doughboy as a man who "never knew how much he was kneaded."
Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with many turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, even as a crusty old man, he was still considered a roll model for millions.
Toward the end it was thought he'd raise once again, but he was no tart.
Doughboy is survived by his second wife, Play Dough. They have two children and one in the oven. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes
RIP, Twinkie!!! Gonna miss you!
Recipe for those who may miss them
Cake
Nonstick spray
4 egg whites
one 16-ounce box golden pound cake mix
2/3 cup water
Filling
2 teaspoons very hot water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups marshmallow creme (one 7-ounce jar)
1/2 cup shortening
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (See Tidbits)
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Fold each piece of aluminum foil in half twice. Wrap the folded foil around the spice bottle to create a mold. Leave the top of the mold open for pouring in the batter. Make ten of these molds and arrange them on a cookie sheet or in a shallow pan. Grease the inside of each mold with a light coating of nonstick spray.
3. Disregard the directions on the box of cake mix. Instead, beat the egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl combine cake mix with water, and beat until thoroughly blended (about 2 minutes). Fold egg whites into the cake batter and slowly combine until completely mixed.
4. Pour the batter into the molds, filling each one about 3/4 of an inch. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean.
5. For the filling, combine the salt with the hot water in a small bowl and stir until salt is dissolved. Let this mixture cool.
6. Combine the marshmallow creme, shortening, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl and mix well with an electric mixer on high speed until fluffy.
7. Add the salt solution to the filling mixture and combine.
8. When the cakes are done and cooled, use a skewer or chopstick to make three holes in the bottom of each one. Move the stick around inside of each cake to create space for the filling.
9. Using a cake decorator or pastry bag, inject each cake with filling through all three holes.
Makes 10.
every morning when i`m off work i take a good long walk down a street that follows a winding creek most of its length .. i see all manner of critters most days .. deer , possums, sometimes a flock of turkeys .. this morning a little chip monk caught my eye .. he was running back and forth along a tree limb that was hanging a bit over the waters edge about 8 inches high ..as i focused my eyes i could see that there was a small nut sort of like a peanut sitting on the tree limb ..the chip monk finally got enuff courage to go and get the peanut when just about the time he grabbed it a big bass jumped out of the water and swallowed the chip monk ...amasing !!!! i said to myself ... but even more amasing was that after a minute or so that bass came up out of the water and set another peanut on that limb ......
in bama we dont have the lottery .. not that i care a whole lot either way .. but the southern babtist convention keeps us from getting it .. so why are so many good southern babtist headed to the tennesse state line right now for a chance at 550 million bucks .. traffic is backed up from the tenn state line for 20 miles back to huntsville ...
