    Thanks to all.
    Got the pickup works good.

After thinking about it awhile I'm going to take your advice pat. I just ordered the EDM solid lifters. I should have plenty of oiling with the combination of these and the grooves.

Well we ran her on the dyno and after breaking the cam in we got 352 horse at 6200 rpm's with 408 pounds of torque!

The big block oil pump seems to work out great. With the rod clearances set at .0025, mains set at .003, EDM lifters with grooves cut in the lifter bores at 187 degrees water temp, 198 degrees oil temp she has 38 psi at idle and a little over 70 psi at 7000 RPM'S Perfect numbers in my book. All on cheap pump gas. Should work perfect with the 700R4 and 411 rear gears.
