Ryan as far as a shifter I’m not real sure what’s out there as far as 80s up but the mid-late 60s is pretty limited. Here is a link to the most common one. IMO they are overly complicated and not necessarily a good fit in a lot of cars due to requiring a console for the linkage at the bottom of it.

I have used these shifters in the past and have been pretty happy with the results. It usually takes a bit of custom fabrication but for under $100 new I can live with that.




The only real complaint I’ve had with them is the lack of detents on the shifter….except for park (it relies on the detents in the valve body). Once the shifter is installed and adjusted it’s pretty easy to take a die grinder and ass them however.
