Considering that body has been apart, as you say, for more than 20 years, it doesn't look too bad at all. Some adjustments on that back panel (which unbolts) will have you lined up fairly easily.
I'm lucky that my Tudor was in such good shape, driver's side lower door skin, and that was pretty much it, subrails were solid, cowl was zero rust, just a real nice body to begin with..
