Thanks for the comments.
I hadnt planned on adding torque arms but I always wondered if the model A radius rods would be strong enough. Kind of nice that I ended up using the chevelle rearend because I could just use the mounts that are on the center section already for torque arms. I hope that they would not bind in that location.
At one time I really wanted to use the caddy air cleaner but like you said they are over played. It seems like it would take away from the car than add anything at this point. I had that thing even before they started reproducing them; Ill just stash it away for some other day.

If you don't start a thread send some pics my way of your build. Those are cool little cars to make into a rod.
If you dont mind me asking what are your plans/build style youre shooting for?
