That's how I felt, I haven't installed one of these before. I got pretty aggravated with this guy, finally he hand sketched a blueprint of where everything goes. but really what I was asking for was detailed instructions, should I glue the joints before I screw it together, what size wood screws should I use. This wood is so hard I was afraid of using something that would split it. I know to use pilot holes in hard wood but just tell me what size you recommend. You would think, listening to him I was asking him to fly out and do it for me. the guy was a jerk!
