Yes, that would have been amusing.. to see th look on the cop/academy graduate's face when they are standing at attention in front of their boss's desk, explaining why they illegally passed on the right..and the look on his boss's face when I ask him if this is the standard of conduct I can expect from his subordinates.

AS for me being 'lucky' the kid wasn't on a bigger bike.. his bike was plenty big enough to dust a chevette!

Actually, it probably wouldn't have happened except that I was already in a fowl mood.. Two intersections earlier a big black truck turned right into the roadway, cutting me off. I had to swerve hard to the right ( I was lucky that the lane was available ) and passed him. Well, then he pulls up beside, me, reving his engine, and swerving within inches of my vehicle. He had blacked out windows, and I couldn't see in. yes, I was concerned for my safety. I was in the process of drawing my Springfield .40 when he decided to back off.
