Pools are great while the kids are small,but when they move out they become a chore.When we built the house we are now living in I elected to put in a hot tub.That to was a mistake.We used it about 2 to 3 times a month.My neighbor was intersted in a hot tub,so I made a deal with him.Take the hot tub and Mahagony decking ,replace the grass and it's yours.He took the bait and I was out of the hot tub business.All my neighbors have pools or hot tubs and they are rarely used.
