Unless you have kids that you need to keep an eye on - a pool, IMHO, is one of the biggest money drains a homeowner can have. My last house I had a 17x35 in ground pool with all of the grief that went with it - covers(summer and winter), pumps, a concrete deck, toys, a raised and terraced wood deck, and more. The kids graduated from college and went to do their 'thing'. I might have been in it 6 times in 8 years. The pool was covered and not reopened for 3 years and then finally by the new owner. My son helped him reopen it (the new guy couldn't find me

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
Where is everybody?
