It looks like your hoist works good but I think I would feel more safe under it if it was an I beam on the top
.I hear ya on the scrap, I was going to wait till 100 but now I just want it gone. That closest suburban looks like its in pretty tough shape. Seems like most things around here are in great shape except for the bottom 6 inches. I still love that 72.
