    I love the Guide lights but I actually prefer the BIG HEADLIGHTS ...

    Stock ones ... with the turn signals inside ... see the difference (comparison photo )



    Big headlights just " do it " for me ...

    Bob Drake hired a optical lighting engineer to redesign the headlight reflector the inside of a original 32 Ford headlight and they accept Halogen bulbs ... so they really put out a lot of light. They are right up there with the new cars now ... as far as lighting goes. I use the " Silver Star " from Sylvania .


    The " sealed beam " type headlights ( like on Faiths car ) gained favor when they came out because they put out more light and were more directional.
