With Eagle and SCAT, there is little difference. Both have quality parts. I have heard on other forums that CAT stuff does not have as good a finish as Eagle or SCAT, although I have no direct experience. My engine was built with an Eagle rotating assembly because that is what my machine shop sold. I have also heard very good things about the quality of Compstar products. Eagle and SCAT parts are cast/forged in China and shipped to the US where they are machined and finished. CAT is also a a foreign made product (China, I think) but I don't know where they are machined and finished.
