With Eagle and SCAT, there is little difference. Both have quality parts. well its made for and finsh by callies so it good.. as for the finsh i seen Cats that hold size and finsh better then some other and used many of the scats there size and rod weigth is better then alot and with cranks as well . eagle had some bad SBC cranks get out with a smaller then size snout get out. i look in to this alot of were they come frome forging numbers .i have cars that run low times at the track as well as truck puller .i used alot of the H beam rods and cranks from all brands out there so use what you want i know what fits the best and holds up the best so far
