I don't think we would even let you touch any measuring equipment.

Denny said he quite yesterday and I told him I was gonna Waite until today to see if I felt dif, before I quite, this is a good example how a forum gets taken over by a few people. there was 2 answers to this thread , but a few people didn't know that or didn't care so they chose to railroad the other answer off of the thread. all I can say is I'm sure you can do without me, but everybody(that had anything to do with Denny leaving) put everything of what you all know together and it wouldn't amount to a drop of what denny knows about the over all working of a car. he is the hardest worker on this forum, and if you think you can replace him you're wrong. I feel like I got him in this mess so I gonna stick with him now. one last thing, Dave, if you gonna eliminate dumb ass post off of a thread, then you need to eliminate the smart ass post also, its been nice knowing and talking to most of you, and wish it didn't come to this, but you have my address if you think I might can help in some way. later, mike

Yes,Denny decided to call me names so I thought I would live up to his expectations.I have been called a lot worse by better. He turned it into an age thing.I never once went that way.I have had engine building driven into me by my father and others in the 70 + age group.I never once called any one names that was Denny's doing.Mike thought he was being attacked personally and it was never directed at him it was a general statment.I tried to apologize and neither one of them accepted my apology.I am not always right but I think I have a fair understanding of how and why an internal combustion engine works. With that being said I am always open to new ideas. In my shop we are always trying something new.One of them has been way wrong in the past and I overlooked it.I just want some of the new people to understand there are different ways to do things.Sometimes I come off as a smart ass and I really don't try to be.I am often mis-understood.I hope we all have learned something from this.Iam sure Denny and Mike will be back some day when they cool off.
