I agree. On my 700R4 I thought I'd heard/felt the two distinct "clunks" but decided to spin it one more time and got an even bigger "CLUNK" as it engaged the pump. Mating it to the engine there was less than 1/2" of freeplay between the converter bolt tabs and the flex plate. Can't hurt to spin it around again.Roger

Well my son and I spent about an hr this morning trying to get
the converter on correctly. It will go into the first click, but when
we spin converter for the 2nd click or clunk it will not engage.
Thinking about taking it to a trans shop for an opinion before
sending converter back to Summit
