I would go a look at your state law ord. as long as your state law dont sate you have to have door handles I would tell your town clown to go blow you just got to find the loop hole it just like they say you have to have a whinsheld no it states you have to have eye protection but dont quote me Ive been spoiled here in Az. But go look at your state laws
