hotroders in va. cant do much anymore, its easy to write a law that says how ever it came from the factory thats the way it has to be. but i think in a free country if you can shave your handles in west va. or wherever then i should be able to do it in va. i have a shave you handle kit at the shop that i bought and then found out you cant do that here. i put n.c. lic plates on the veh. for awhile but i was told you still had to pass the va. insp. if the veh. stayed in the st. over 30 days at a time.
