After i dug into it and started looking , The crud in the tank wasnt stuck the actual tank was clean as a matter of fact, but the neck of the tank was HORRIBLE , i couldnt even clean it , I replaced it and went all rubber! Thanks for the tips tho incase I ever have to clean one
