    I've done similar to Pat- I've got a tilt bed with a cell mounted to the frame and made a custom surround with an access door mounted to the bed so it's movable. (Tilt bed is only for tire removal purposes) Wood will completely surround the tank cover. Your full bed idea is neat but I'd think in the event of an accident you'd be in serious danger. JMO
