I am 19 and i am in i real love with my mitsubishi pajero 1987. I am thinking already about making a life project, and am thinking with part should i begin with. So after a lot of thinking i decided fisrt to chose which engine i like, and i fall in love with a small block chevy 355 cid supercharged-550BHP. What improvments should i do to my car so this engine fits and i can use it until i die or it breaks down, whichever come first

Welcome to the site, while we're glad to see you here..... but you shouldn't try to create a thread in someone else's build thread. You can start your own by going to the top left marked "Forum" then select the appropriate forum to work in and create a new thread in it ... easy peazy.... LOL.

Just about done; finished up the interior, made some sill plates to re[lace the factory style wide rubber plates. Now just wrapping up a few details but I'm about ready to start giving it some road time. The curved back seat was really tough to cover; I did it twice and I still came out with a big wrinkle at the curve but it's the best I could get it. Maybe I'll revisit later; I hit that frustration point where I said "good enough for now, I just want it on the road."1 Corinthians 1:27

Very Nice! And good to know you are starting to enjoy the driving/showing it off part.

That back seat looks really nice! I'm sure the wrinkle bothers you but that still is way nicer than most DIYer interior jobs I've been seeing!Ryan

And still nicer than some so called professional upholstery jobs too. Try the steam trick on the seat while it is out or have you be there, done that already. The car is amazing and congratulations on a fine job.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Thanks, all! I'm hopefully heading out to the first local show this weekend. Brand new Holley fuel pump died; have to replace it tonight.1 Corinthians 1:27

Good luck at the show! Aggravating as new parts being defective are at least it didn't die on the way to the show.

Yes, no good on the fuel pump, been there, done that and on my way to a run. I too hope your car goes down a treat as you deserve the acknowledgement of a job well done.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

Junk new parts? Weird. Have fun at the show, I'm sure it will draw a lot of attention. I hope I can make our local show, that's at the end of July.Seth

Yeah, I say it's "new" but it was new a few years ago; just has very little runtime on it. The pump motor locked up for some reason.1 Corinthians 1:27
