I'd think yes they would be in the $500 range painted. Ceramic coated run closer to $700+.
The super comps have 16 hole flanges so it's not the bolt pattern that's the problem. It's the lowered... -

With the lower exhaust ports on the C8-H heads...
With the lower exhaust ports on the C8-H heads the 6114 super comps are not the best port match and can be prone to leaks. They have 16 bolt flanges that match the raised ports for the pre 66 heads...

Could it be a 10114182? If so, it is a Gen V 454, 4 bolt 1991 (or later). Hope that helps..
