ha ha .. yeah i hear ya.....it is SMALL but these are very tuneable engines.... alot of UK young drivers start out with 1000cc minis, change heads off the mini cooper n bore out to something like...

this is a pic of an A series block ... the only Difference between other cc'd models is the carb setup and twin exhaust branch on the manifold... this is a 1300cc unit pictured...

pistons and new rings for the austin/morris are super cheap..... the pistons etc are the same as in Mini's,Austin Marina's,Morris Minor's and MG's... all you need to do is check it is an A series...
