I agree with 100 % with Shine as he turned me onto it a couple years ago(SPI) and I'll never go back to PPG . The customer call back and questions are answererd quickly if you don't understand something ! When the last time you got a call back from PPG !!!! Been painting for over 30 years doing custom work and had a hotrod shop for that time . Now I have my hobby back and don't like to redue stuff over for paint problems ! Building a 32 3/w for the wife and used SPI epoxy and there clear , can't say enough of how easy and good there product are ( SPI)! Thet ship right to your door and the price's are a lot better than your paint shop jobber !

Once ya use SPI products ya won't ever use anything else.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
