Hi Guys!!
Just a quick update. Halloween was a great success. We had a fantastic evening outside the house entertaining families who came calling.
We did some old skool stuff like "splat the rat" and also made up a big witch face with a hole in the mouth to a bucket behind so kids could throw balls into her mouth. It was very cold so the "bobbing for apples" was in a bowl of flour and icing sugar

All of the pumpkins got a lot of comments which was good.

Then it was car time again. I have had to work every weekend since Halloween so I have had to farm out some jobs like getting the zoomie pipes cut to the right angle and getting the wheelie bar brackets laser cut to save me some time cutting and filing. The overtime pay cover this
The zoomies should be finished in 10 days and the wheelie bar mounts should be here next weekend if all goes well.

I was going to spend this weekend (my birthday weekend) working on the MG, but I ended up spending today working on a friends 1960's London Taxi restoration project by getting all of the lights working. This taxi has been stored outside for 12 years. It took me 6 hours to get the lights working. Then I had 4 hours welding chassis repair sections onto a friends Mercedes van to get him through the MOT test.

Tomorrow I will be working on a friends Slingshot to finish the chassis welding and get the front suspension fitted.

Then I will have my birthday time with the family for fun and presents etc !!If I dont get a chance to comer back next month I will now wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year folks.

Best wishes

Perry & Family

I'm now going downstairs to open my birthday presents etc.
