Attachment 50244Attachment 50243Stovens,
I love that truck. I admit I would rather have bigger tires at the rear, and the motorcycle tires would leave me a little concerned. There is like less than an inch contact patch on the road with those front tires. I'm hoping to figure out how he did the cantilever front. Air bags are between frame rails, with the cantilever pivoting off the bottom of the frame, and look like they attach somehow to where the shocks would normally be attached at the bottom of the axle. However, the cantilever look to be two 1/4" plates with lightening holes. Wonder if they tempered them? Doesnt seem like they would hold up to much side loading even with the panhard. It does look very interesting though. There are a couple of sites to see it. The one you found at Motortopia and one at Hubgarage. I cant remember if I'm allowed to add url's to the sites?
The 1rst picture I photo shopped a very cavemanish copy of a 36 cab with a section taken out of the cab and top chopped. lol
