Yup. some extra bracing and gussets would be good. Never have had a center frame section become too rigid!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I'm not trying to be a butt nugget but when do you know you have enough bracing when there is no blueprint?"Sunshine, a street rod and a winding beautiful Ozarks road is truely Bliss!"

Brick when Dave tells me LOL . I'm just trying to look at all angles and hold them still . I have been looking at frame manufactures to get a idea on what they did also . I think some of them that are well webbed are built to hold a big block . There are a few with just a few cross braces and ties . I'm hopefull this would hold a big block but i'm sure it will never see more then a 351w.
But look at what 3 photo chopped in hot rod lounge mmmm EYE CANDY

That is one cool old ride! I forgot how good plain old Crager SS wheeels can look. By the way Brick, Festus is about 30 miles south of St Louis. Good luck on getting ready for the show. This will be the first year in a while I haven't had a cruizer for spring. I sold my 70 Monte Carlo SS to get the money for the Dodge project.

Did a bit of mockin' up of the ice box for the "Z" today. By the time i get a fuel cell & a battery back there, there ain't gonna' be much luggage space left. Then I looked for space for the intercooler.
goodbye glove box.

I'll pass on the congrats to him, Bob. He has painted some small parts, and practiced technique on some body parts but the 70 was his first complete. With some practice, I think he'll be a good painter....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Got some paint on the rest of the cab of my pickup, started wet sanding on Bill's. Bill did the painting on mine, too. A couple runs in the clear to wet sand out, but all in all not too bad at all!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
