My sponsor went awol, so I fell off the wagon again. Hey, those frame rails above needed a body to go on top, right? This ol' beast has been off the road since 1961. The bottoms of the quarters and the rear wheel well panels have a little cancer at the bottom, but the drip rails, subrails, the door bottoms and rear quarter corners are cherry. Even more amazing (for a model A) is the cowl bottoms aren't eaten through! Someone put a nicely crowned roof filler in it sometime in it's past, so I might just keep that. Between what's in the trailer, and in the back of the truck, there's actually a complete car here. (same ol' story, been passed from owner to owner in pieces over the years) Looks like I'll be selling off a bunch of stock parts to help pay for the rest of the build.

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.
