Thanks 34-40, I actually still have my job, much to my Boss's displeasure, but it remains tenuous with a hostile work environment. I focus on my patients at work and not politics. My broken world comment is more of a personal perspective! California only adds to this!

I applaud your perseverance, I left California in 72 when the gang bangers started killing little kids. What once was almost a paradise is now a desert.

Oh, I see. I know that pain, 2 years ago my boss ( the prez.) says he doesn't see the value in my work! ( rut row ralph!) next thing you know I'm demoted and stuck into a "problem project" that eats managers in a 2 year period. I'm still there and my client and the state regulators are glad I am. So as long as they still respect me and the staff likes working for me.. I'll tough it out.
