Em, I don't have a problem with wood though if you're going that route you might consider fiber board. I would use quarter round or something similar on the edges and screw it together and 90º "L" brackets to mount it to the package tray. I assume you're thinking about plywood and IMHO fiber board is easier to work with.Ken Thomas
