Update: Roger had a good idea that I find a local shop to stick that vinyl to the masonite for me but when I found out what their turn around time was my "EMpatience" took over so I went by the store this morning and stocked up. I've worked with weldwood before building some furniture and knew to do this in a well ventilated place where there were no flames of any kind so I set up in the shop and cranked the fan to provide the exhaust and circulation I needed. It went fairly well except for one *$@&*$*$# piece of bird seed that I didn't see (oh well) All I have left to do are the grille mounting holes and get the edges glued under and tucked away neatly.
