Ya' got that right! Just got my eyes opened about Colorado lodging. We had booked a place in Salida, and found that just about every place was booked for Saturday, but figured that it was a "weekend thing". Not true!! I started laying out a plan this morning (nothing like waiting until the last minute.....) and did some internet shopping for the Leadville/Fairplay area. Turns out that July is the busiest month of the year for the south central part of the state for trails, ATV's, rafting and general outdoor activities! If you want to play up high it's best to plan ahead!! Managed to get it covered, but we now have a confirmed plan for each night! So much for keeping it flexible....
