gotta look at the bright side, silver lining, and all that jazz.
I just found a job after a six month hiatus. WHY couldn't I have been laid off in March, instead of September? man, I had SO much time to tinker and wrench, but it was too cold / lousy weather! Now, got a dam job again.
Call me lazy if you want, but @ 39, getting a six month vacation after working since 16 was NICE!.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
