If you are not computer savy then you will not get it done. Have you ran a spybot program. It is better for finding malware issues. You can do a search for it on google, then go to the wikipedia site to read about it, then at the bottom of thier page is a link to the official site. Do not download it from anywhere else. It will show several confusung choices, choose the english version that looks like a tachometer type chart, there are 4 of these tach looking spybot downloads, you want the english version..
Live everyday like it were your last, someday it will be.

try super anti spyware! it works pretty good!
also another one called spybot search & destroy!
both are free.,
down load one or both of these programs then boot you're computer into safe mode,
usually f8 key when booting up you're box....
you'll notice that you're computer is running "bare bones"run everything you got virus spybots etc etc
post what you get after doing this and we'll see what happens next

You can also try MalwareBytes, its another free program that does a really good job of finding malware and bots on a computer.
You can get it at http://malwarebytes.org

go to trendmicro.com it is free. sounds more like you might have a trojan or a worm than spyware. Trendmicro is the best that i have found on the web and does a complete search. if it does not allow it to run you might have the internet antivirus program. it is not what it says it is and takes control of anitvirus programs and directs your explorerer to go where it wants. if this is the case go to programs- accessories- system tools-system restore. use a restore point that was before this problem showed up. than after the reboot update and do a scan with your anti-virus.BARB
