I had a similar problem with Best Buy. Bought a computer and it had issues within a year. I took it into Best Buy which was an hour away and they had it for a week or so. Best Buy said it was the manufacturer's responsibility and the manufacturer said it was Best Buy's responsibility. I didn't have to pay for it, but they did offer to sell me another computer. Needless to say, I walked out with my piece of junk and never bought another computer from them.
