    When you post a reply just click on the paperclip in the upper part of the header. That will let you attach a picture.

    Another way to reset passwords is to take the side panel off of the computer tower and gain access to the motherboard. On the motherboard you should see a round style watch battery. Remove it for a few minutes then replace it and it should reset all passwords to the default settings.
