anybody need a Camaro???
Well, Jackie changed her mind about the 'maro....yes, I know, that IS a woman's right!!!!!
She really wants a Charger, and I found one that she wants instead of the '82 Camaro I was building for her!
So, anyone interested in a customized '82 Camaro with a triangulated 4 bar going in it, rack and pinion steering, and a whole bunch of custom sheet metal work...(pics in my gallery)
What I have to decide is to sell it as is, make it a roller and sell it, or put an engine and trans in, paint it and finish it..... I do have a 454 chebbie laying around that needs to be freshened......
Just curious to see what you guys think might work out best.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

it pains me to say it because i really want to see the end result, but i would say sell it now and not finish it. if you finish you will probably take a bigger hit and a bigger risk finding someone that loves it enough to pay. if you sell now someone will have a good start to a unique custom 3rd gen and they can tweek it how they want.
personally it wouldn't have taken me so long to decide on a charger over a 3rd gen camaro

Egads!!!!! and I thought I was a slow learner!!!! Some of us just don't do married life real well, took me 3 misadventures to realize that!!!! I figure the only 2 things that will spoil a friendship between a man and a woman is sex and marriage!!!!!!

It looks pretty good so far Dave. I'd like to see what the finished product looks like personally.
Who knows, once you get it finished, she might change her mind and want to keep it.I ain't dumb, I just ain't been showed a whole lot!

i would love to have the car but my other half (the adult supervision) would have a fit if i brought something else home...

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
Where is everybody?
