Texas Thaw this weekend in Denton Texas at Northstar Dragway. They had a car show in conjunction with the track opening event. Ton of cars there. Had a great time. One of my favorites was a T Model Truck with a Corvair powertrain using rear wheel drive. Under the hood in front he had a cooler with two cans of soup and a can of V8. Said he had a souped up V8 under the hood.

Looked like a good show. Did they allow you to make a pass down the track???

Yes, several of the cars did make a pass, I did not do so, my foot was sure twitching.

More restraint than I, kudos!
Treat her with kid gloves, and maintenance cost will be minimal!.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.

I'm sure I am going to hell, but cheap gas and no traffic on the road is really preventing me from getting into the spirit of this pandemic.

Lol, I’ll see you in hell one day! I have three days off work, and I’m planning on putting some cheap gas through my hot rod. It’s $1.93 a gallon by my house.
If you adjust for inflation, this could be some of the cheapest gas we’ve ever seen.Last edited by Driver50x; 03-20-2020 at 08:18 AM.

Was reviewing the video on the cornering and pulled out some still shots that show the suspension under stress. Enjoy

Yep. That's a seagull alright; the same as we get here in NZ. In the winter months they do tend to fly inland, and they will scavenge anything. They do congregate in flocks, but when food is scarce...
