I once had a 350 turbo in the corner of the kitchen, but I'm guessing the guest room is worse.
Rich, nice work on the blocking, seat is awesome!
I was thinking the same thing! :HMMM::eek::3dSMILE:
Have been trying to get all the interior, and trunk panels painted so it has been
endless sanding!!!!

Here's some of the finished pieces. There is one gray piece there that is body color.

I had the dash painted body color, but changed my mind, and went with black to match
window frames.

Looking great
Shiny parts! Nice!
Are you going to cover those nice shiny bits with underfelt and carpet ? Looks to darn good too really and I like that dash too.
That looks so nice!
I was happy with the astro van seat I got until I seen your caravan seat, looks like another trip to the salvage yard. The caravan seat top and bottom are the same width where as the astro van seat back is more narrow than the bottom. Beautiful work on all of the build.
Thank's guys!! Had to do a few shiny parts to keep me enthused! Door panels, kick panels,
and insets by seats will be black, rest of panels body color. Floor will be body color, or
dark gray carpet, or removable rubber mat.

I had the fenders ready for blocking, but wanted to have them coated to
prevent rock dents. Tires can kick up rock's causing "starring" in the
finished paint. Tried some home applied products, and wasn't happy.
Bit the bullet, and had them done by a local bed liner outfit. It's sprayed
in hot Like LINEX. This place does most of the new trucks in the area for
the dealers.

I taped off the areas to be done. They imbed wires to cut around the tape.
I scuffed with 80 grit to ready them for spraying.

The thickness is visible in the shot of the rear fender.

I rigged up some supports to mount the fenders on the saw horses.
They will stay on these thru blocking, painting, and cut-buff.

These are the last parts to prep for paint, I already prepped the trunk lid, doors,
grill shell, and hood. One thing at a time!
