For what it's worth,falcon..The 302w we bought for Lynda's customline,,was a good runner,,but I felt uneasy about something,,so ended up pulling the intake off and found lots of silver flecks in the valley..Off came the heads,,and pan,,pulled the rod caps,,and found them all in good nick,,with the exception of number 7..Took it to a friend's engine reco shop,,and he called me back about a week back and said there was a small problem in number 7 bore,,and it had to be bored out,,so it looks like we go a step further now,,and it will be coming back as a 347...If it doesn't feel good in ya head,,answer the call..
