Im no expert but I thought race gas was for race cars.

The motor sounds like its going to be strong, but if you are going to have to use race gas, then put the engine into a lightweight car you can race.

And put a mild 460 back into your luxo-barge and go cruising. Coz it will never be an effective race car, and with that race spec engine, it wont be a fun cruiser either.

Like many, I know this from personal experience unfortunately.
