    Recently bought a 32 Roadster I believe its a Gibbons body, any way to tell? Also I want to try an original hood, do they match up? thanks...

    I got my '34 from Gibbons in 2002 and it had a Gibbons ID tag on the firewall ... I'm sure you would have seen that tag if it were ever installed.

    Point of fact: the name is Gibbon, not Gibbons. It is named for Gibbon, Nebraska, where the bodies were originally built. I see a lot of people making that error.

    And I have an old Gibbon 33 3w Ford body. No tags on mine. I liked the 34 front more so that's what I installed and call it.
    Most will never know..
