ZZ4 emissions
Hi guys,
I live in Connecticut, and we have emissions testing. I have a 1991 vehicle that I want to put a ZZ4 engine in, and I am planning to put an aluminum intake and carburator on it. The only emissions control I had planned to put on it was dual catalytic converters and an air pump if necessary. Can I get this engine to pass? I believe it must have less than 1.20% CO and less than 220 PPM HC. If the answer is no, what can I do if anything to pass with this engine??
