why did you and eric say the heads are to big whats wrong with bigger intake runners and huge valves
An engine that is going to rev to 8,000 rpm isnt going to run on pump gas. You would need at least 13-1 compression and a monstrous solid roller camshaft. Your budget decides what the motor is going to be. A stock crank and rods is not going to cut it.

You can get by with your stock motor with a set of 180cc 64cc chamber dart heads, and a 280H comp magnum cam. You can use that torker2 intake with that combo. With the flat top pistons that you have and the 64cc chamber it should be around 9.5-10 to 1 compression, which would be a good on pump gas. You should make over 400 horsepower with that setup. But don't expect it to rev to 7 or 8 grand.
