kings run under size it seams on main for the bbc and if a H .the main thurst will be 001 under all others 1thru4. its not hard to be at 004 + on them been there many times .try a set of feds or clevitte 77s we have ground crank for real size with bearings in the block so we can move up or down on oil clearance .you need to check this with some thing better then a caliper like a dial bore gauge and a mic your going to have a hard time getting any thing less then a bore gauge to get real numbers i use all sunnen stuff to read sizes your dealing with stuff that needs to be check under .0005 .for that job i have bore gauges that read in .0001 graduations any other way your pissing in the wind
