yep that happens alot . seams some bearing makers add more size to the flange bearing thats the back thrust #5 did you mic the crank ? plasti gage i do not trust and do not use . did you check your housing bores of the block? evey thing has a hi and low spec get a under size or low crank and a big housing main bore adds up to a loose crank. i will not tell you if its going to work for you .but i do feel that a thrust can take abit more size you could try another make of bearing that my help tell me who s they are ?
